'SYMPHONIC METAL NIGHTS' EUROPEAN TOUR ANNOUNCED


A special symphonic metal tour has been announced for Europe in 2018, including a date in London. The line-up will be topped by Serenity, in support of their upcoming album Lionheart. Also appearing are Visions of Atlantis, who are currently fronted by ex-Serenity vocalist Clementine Delauney - could we be seeing a collaboration there? And finally they will be joined by Sleeping Romance, plus Secret Rule for the first half of the tour and Evenmore for the second.

The dates are as follows:

DEBUT MUSIC VIDEO FROM ANETTE OLZON'S THE DARK ELEMENT


Ex Nightwish vocalist Anette Olzon has released her first music video with her new band The Dark Element. My Sweet Mystery is the second song to be released from their self-titled debut album after the title track. Check it out in the player below.

TARJA ANNOUNCES CHRISTMAS ALBUM


Another former Nightwish singer is back with more music for us. Tarja has announced that she will be releasing an album of Christmas covers, titled From Spirits And Ghosts - Score For A Dark Christmas. Different editions - digital, LP and CD - will be available with different artwork. The songs have been recorded with an orchestra and given a dark twist by the singer.

The tracklisting is as follows:

I remember when Clémentine left Serenity, at least for me it seemed that they didn't end in good terms, but I'm glad everything is ok now
By the way, I think that's the case with Tarja and Marco too??? Both of them are going to play with Raskasta Joulua in December, sharing stage!!
And speaking of December, can't wait for From Spirits and Ghosts <3 Seems like I'll be having a "Navidarks" XD (Navidad is Christmas in Spanish). I love the aesthetic of the album, also I think it's her best album cover since MWS and WLB. I'm interested in the new song

 

Yeah I thought the same about Clémentine and Serenity! Good to see that things don't seem too bad. I didn't know that about Tarja and Marco, that will be interesting.
