News Round-Up: Xandria, Diabulus In Musica, Ayreon, Nightwish

What a busy month for symphonic metal news! Here are some of the latest highlights:

XANDRIA TEASE UPCOMING ALBUM


Xandria have released a teaser for their upcoming album Theater of Dimensions. At the same time as releasing the short clip, they also unveiled the tracklisting for the record.

NEW VIDEO FROM DIABULUS IN MUSICA


Diabulus In Musica have released a video for the song Invisible, taken from their upcoming album Dirge of the Archons

TOBIAS SAMMET JOINS AYREON GUEST LINE-UP


Further guests have been announced for Ayreon's next album, in addition to those already announced. Tobias Sammet (Avantasia, Edguy), one of the band's concept album rivals, will be appearing as The Captain. Arjen also released a snippet of another vocalist, who fans have guessed to be Michael Eriksen of Circus Maximus. His role is yet to be revealed.


ANOTHER DELAY FOR NIGHTWISH DVD RELEASE


Nightwish's live DVD Vehicle of Spirit has been pushed back another week. Originally slated for November, it was then announced last month that the DVD would be released on the 9th of December - but the date appears to have changed again. The official release dates are now:

December 16th 2016 - Europe
January 6th 2017 - North America

We hope the DVD will be worth the wait!
