Eluveitie premiered their video for their new single The Call of the Mountains over at Decibel and Metal Hammer Germany's pages. The video features a lot of the beautiful landscape of Switzerland, the folk metal band's homeland and the inspiration for much of their music. Although Chrigel Glanzmann usually has main vocalist duties, in this song he takes up his instruments instead while Anna Murphy performs lead vocals - giving it a similar sound to the band's hit A Rose For Epona from their previous album Helvetios.
The Call of the Mountains is taken from the upcoming record Origins, scheduled for release on the first of August. But luckily for us, the band's label Nuclear Blast has uploaded the whole album for free on their SoundCloud. Check it out while you can!
