Angela Gossow Steps Down From Arch Enemy, Alissa White Gluz To Replace Her

In today's statement, she thanked friends, fans, crew, label and the rest of the band for their support over the years.

Stepping into her shoes is Alissa White-Gluz of The Agonist, who is well-known for her harsh vocals as well as her clean singing. Many symphonic metal fans will know Alissa from her work with Kamelot, her upcoming guest spot with Delain and her one-off show with Nightwish.

Meanwhile, The Agonist are continuing with a new singer, Vicky Psarakis. They have wished Alissa the best and say to expect new material very soon.

Arch Enemy's 9th studio album War Eternal will be released in June 2014 via Century Media Records.
